EZFIX ESC2011H

Cold Vulcanizing Hardener

Non-Flammable, Free of Trichloroethylene

The EZFIX HARDENER ESC2011H is a trichloroethylene (TRI) free hardener specially designed for use with EZFIX cold vulcanization adhesives when a non-flammable product is required. It improves temperature resistance, tensile strength, oil resistance, and reduces curing time.

ESC2011H Product

Product Overview

EZFIX HARDENER ESC2011H is the hardener for two-component cold vulcanization systems produced by EZFIX for the manufacture and maintenance of conveyor belts. It is designed to work with both rubber and polyurethane based adhesives.

It can also be used with hydroxyl-type adhesives (polyurethane, polychloroprene, natural and synthetic rubber) as a cross-linking agent. ESC2011H does not significantly affect the color of the adhesive film, even when exposed to light, making it suitable for brightly colored footwear.

ESC2011H improves resistance of the joints to heat, greases, oils, plasticizers, and various organic solvents, as well as adhesion on many difficult-to-bond rubber materials. It can also be used as a metal primer for bonding rubber to metal, both cold and hot.
