Product Overview

The EZFIX ESC2000 cold-vulcanizing adhesive is EZFIX’ system for cold splicing and repairing rubber conveyor belts when a non-flammable product is required. By using EZFIX ESC2000 with EZFIX ESC2011H you can also work in all areas where wear and corrosion protection are needed.

EZFIX ESC2000 is a two-component cold vulcanizing adhesive based on polychloroprene rubber (CR) specially designed to bond rubber to rubber, rubber to fabric, rubber to metal, fabric to fabric or metal to fabric in areas that a non-flammable product is required such as in underground mining. A very important field of application is belt repairing with EZFIX Repair Patches and EZFIX Repair Strips.
